Reservation Deposit
The WCIAC has the expectation of a reservation deposit at the signing of the Facility Rental Agreement and Reservation Form. The reservation deposit will total 50% of the rental contract amount, not including the security deposit.

Rental Fees
The current rate for renting the Regional Arts Center is $25 per hour.  Set-up and clean-up times will be included in the time charged for rental fees.  If additional help is requested by the Lessee during rental times, i.e.: the use of WCIAC staff or volunteers to set up or take town tables and chairs; sell tickets or art work; serve food; or provide security; an additional amount of $25 dollars per person per hour may be charged. The full payment of rental fees detailed in the Facility Rental Agreement and Reservation Form for an event would be due 14 days prior to the event and will be paid to the event coordinator designated by the WCIAC.

Space Rental

The following is a list of applicable rental rates for renting the ground floor of the regional arts center in Macomb, Illinois.  The rates below have been accepted by the board of the West Central Illinois Arts Center and are subject to change pending board approval.  See Facility Rental Agreement and Reservation Form.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $10 per person attending the event and up to the maximum amount of $500 may be included in the rental contract by the WCIAC. 

The security deposit for an event would be due 14 days prior to the event and would be held by the WCIAC and may be used to pay for damages caused by: the Lessee and/or Lessee’s caterer, agents, employees, any of the invitees of Lessee, or any persons attending a function sponsored by Lessee; to building, grounds, furniture, carpet, equipment, and any works of art.  If damage to the RAC occurs, the security damage deposit will be kept and damages are to be paid to the RAC within five days from the date a statement has been submitted to the Lessee by the RAC.
